Search Engine and Advertising Site Designing

Hello,
I have a Site that is a Search Engine and it also has its own Advertising Site. I want someone to fully redesign the Homepage of the Search engine in PHP in a very new and unique look like a portal that will have auto scrolling news on it and finance info of companies which should be auto updating and more and it should have its own code not copied from other sites.
