I am looking for an experienced classified ad poster to post 500 ads daily in the following sites:

Craigslist

You will be required to post in the jobs sections. If you do not have experience in posting to the jobs section on CL then don’t respond.

Specific Requirements/Skills You Must Have:

1. US IP Changing Capability
2. Gmail Creation with Specific forwarding addresses
3. Writing Unique Ads

Daily Requirements
1. Min 500 ad postings
2. Daily report ads posted
3. Communicate by msn/aim and email

What I will Provide:
1. list of cities to post in
2. Base Ad text (that needs to be made unique by you if required)

I will not provide any IPs, Gmails etc.

You will be paid every 2 weeks for this work though paypal or GAF. I have a strong payment history of similar work here on GAF.

We are coming up with a real estate web portal in India and would like to add advertising solutions for the following :

For Individual - Sellers/Landlords
For Real estate agents
For Builders / Developers
For Loan Lenders (financial institutions)
For Construction companies
For others related to real estate (construction material suppliers, interior designers, interior suppliers, architects etc etc)

Now, We require a unique (absolutely new concept to work on) advertisement solution module (for instance cpc, cpm, cpa, monthly, yearly advertisement membership etc etc) along with the price suggestions. It should boost our sales team to work and website to generate utmost out of it and advertiser should get effective benefit with the same. Please understand us, we just need a system concept in writing, graphics diagram and design on how it looks on the web page, not programming part. Our programmers will do the rest.

Need a creative person who can produce several unique classified ads on a daily basis. I estimate this to take approx. 4 hours/day, for 5 days, for a total of 500 ads (25 ads/hour - 100 ads/day). These ads will be posted to various locations, in an effort to generate business leads. I will provide the target locations, you generate the ads and post.

Must be experienced with the general classified sites, like Craigslist, BackPage, Kijiji. Any additional sites you are familiar with is a plus.

Must be familiar with creating/accessing Gmail accounts.
Must be able to organize your work into a spreadsheet format that will be submitted to me upon completion.

Description:
I’m looking for an EXPERT or someone or a team who is experienced to POST ads to Craigslist in the “for sale/tickets” section in the US and Canada. You must have experience with multiple postings/daily on craigslist. This will be an ongoing partnership. In the future we may also add Backpage and Kijiji to the mix.

I have seven positions open for this job.

I will provide you with 60 ads to post each week. You will need to post 20 ads a day, Monday through Friday.

The posting schedule will look like…

Monday - Post the First ads 1-20
Tuesday - Post ads 21-40
Wednesday Post ads 41-60
Thursday - Post the First ads 1-20
Friday - Post ads 21-40

You must/will….
• you will be responsible to manage your own IP addresses, craigslist accounts and phone verified accounts as needed. (If you are not sure what this means, DO NOT BID.)
• you must have IP addresses that DO NOT GET GHOSTED (If you are not sure what this means, DO NOT BID.)
• US DSL and IP is a plus
• you will need to monitor your posting to verify no ghosting, etc. (If you are not sure what this means, DO NOT BID.)
• you will need to forward all email questions or comment that you get from people that respond to the ad
• Post 20 ads a day - Monday through Friday.
• Need to post the ads between 9am - 5pm US eastern standard time.
• provide a daily email with links to every ad posted
• should be easy to communicate with on a daily basis
• for communication you must have or create a Yahoo Messenger account and email.

I will….
• Provide the 60 ads that need to be posted each week
• Provide the cities/states that the ads need to be placed in.
• My rate is .20 cents per listed ad

Term:
• I would like a trial period of 1 week, depending on our results this could continue indefinately. I will be able to tell after a week how the postings went based on sales.
• Post 20 ads a day - Monday through Friday.

Payment:
