Classified Ad Posting

This is a simple CL classified posting project for an experienced poster.
I have an ad I’d like posted to 20 different cities on CL in the US and Canada. If I’m happy with the results I’d like to negotiate a long-term contract for repeat posting every two weeks or so, depending on your rate. This bid is for the initial 20 ads.
You must have experience posting classifieds and know all the ins-and-outs involved with proxies, multiple accounts and title variations. I would like to use html graphics that are linked to hosted images if possible, if this won’t restrict my listings based on identical text within all the ads. I will provide the html code that I need posted.
