Loquo Classified Website

I have been looking at off the shelf classified programs, like xzero and CLclones but havent pulled the trigger in any of them. Really what I need is a website clone of Loquo.com for use in spanish and also receive payments for premium posts. Has to be seo and work well with ads. Please advise if better / economical to just purchase script like xzero and then customize or start from scratch. If from scratch please be original programmer, dont want to deal with copyright problems.
