Joomla Classified Ads Plug In

We would like a classifieds ads add on to our real estate site.
The site was built as a video real estate site and we would like to integrate a joomla classifieds plug in like “ad manager” or similar into our site. This is a video site.
We would like a very deep search for our customers that is as large as ebay or amazon.. We are open to suggestions on that.
I would like a ball park figure on time and money for something like this.. I realize without seeing the site, you cannot confirm a price, but a general price is what we need to get to the next step in sharing our URL.
I am not a coder, I am the owner, so forgive my “un techy’ way of explaining..
