osDate Custom Ads Plugin

I need a custom osDate Ad - component!
Basically I want to be able to install this component or plugin into an osDate site. Using this component in the admin area the site admin can upload banners (with a link to the clients site) that will be displayed in a designated are of the site. On the front end the banners need to rotate. I need a way to determine the frequency of the banner showing up. So basically if there are 10 banners added I want to be able to show banner #2 every 5 rotations. I also need a way to track how many clicks each banner got!
I need this quick too!
